Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the offer applies to eligible Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East and Africa — the schedule lists Titanium, Platinum, World and World Elite consumer debit and credit cards, and Platinum and World prepaid cards.

What the offer includes

• 10% off Vaidam's service fees for treatments in Turkey and India.
• 5% off Vaidam's service fees for treatments in the United Arab Emirates.
• Concierge services at no extra charge in Thailand and Germany.
• The schedule states the discount is uncapped — but always confirm with your Vaidam case manager which treatments the discount applies to.
• Vaidam's concierge can help with treatment plans, documentation and travel arrangements such as visa applications, airport transfers and hotel reservations.

• UAE: Burjeel Hospital, Aster, American Hospital Dubai, Kings College, Saudi German, Al Zahra.
• Turkey: Medical Park, Medistanbul, Hisar, Istinye, Florence, Ankara Memorial Hospital.
• India: Apollo, BLK Max, Artemis, MIOT.
• Hospital networks can change — confirm current options with Vaidam before planning treatment.

How to redeem

• Go to Vaidam's Mastercard offers page, select a treatment, and fill in the inquiry form.
• Follow the steps Vaidam gives you to redeem the benefit and pay with your Sinder Card (a Mastercard).

Exclusions

• Existing patients of a hospital are not eligible for the discount.
• Patients using any other medical facilitator agency for hospital logistics are not eligible.
• The discount applies to Vaidam's service fees — always verify applicability for your specific treatment with the case manager.
• The offer is listed as evergreen — running until year-end and beyond, until Mastercard or the partner change it.
• Sinder is not involved in, and is not responsible for, any medical advice, treatment or outcome — those are matters between you, Vaidam and the treating providers.

• Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
• Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
• If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
• Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
