Talabat offer — the full conditions

If the Talabat offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a Mastercard promotion that gives 20% off one food or grocery delivery order per month on the Talabat app, using the promo code MASTERCARD at checkout — with the discount capped at AED 14 per order in the UAE. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.

Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the offer applies to eligible Mastercard cards issued in the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain and Egypt — including Platinum Debit cards — and is exclusive to Mastercard cardholders.

What the offer includes

  • 20% off one food or grocery delivery order per calendar month, placed on the Talabat app.
  • In the UAE, the discount is capped at AED 14 per order — the cap is on the discount amount, not a minimum basket.
  • The schedule allows the discount to be combined with other running offers on the Talabat platform, such as restaurant or vendor offers.

How to redeem

  • Download the Talabat app and select the items you wish to order.
  • At checkout, enter the promo code MASTERCARD — the discount is not applied automatically.
  • Pay with your Sinder Card (a Mastercard). All conditions must be met at the time of ordering; no retroactive claims are accepted.

Dates and exclusions

  • The offer is listed as evergreen — running until year-end and beyond, until Mastercard or the partner change it.
  • The discount applies to one order per month — further orders that month are at normal prices.
  • Talabat's own terms and conditions apply, and caps vary by country.

  • Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
  • Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
  • If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
  • Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
