Priceless Cities — the full conditions
If Priceless Cities is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is Mastercard's own collection of experiences and offers in more than 40 cities and countries — dining, travel, entertainment, arts and sport — reserved for Mastercard cardholders. Every experience has its own terms and availability. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.
Who can use this programme
The programme is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.
On the Mastercard side, the May 2026 schedule lists Priceless Cities for eligible Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East and Africa, across Gold through World Elite tiers. Access is exclusive to Mastercard cardholders.
What the programme can include
- A curated collection of thousands of experiences and offers in over 40 cities and countries worldwide.
- Categories span dining, travel, entertainment, arts and culture, sports and culinary experiences — at home and abroad.
- Priority access to selected worldwide events, when available.
- Availability varies by city, date and demand — nothing on the platform is guaranteed to be available for a given trip.
How to use it
- Visit the Priceless platform (priceless.com) and register with your eligible Mastercard.
- Choose your city or place of interest and browse the current experiences.
- Book directly on the platform — each experience states its own price, dates and conditions.
Dates and exclusions
- The programme is listed as evergreen — running until year-end and beyond, until Mastercard changes it.
- Every individual offer carries its own terms and conditions, and the Priceless platform terms apply on top.
- Experiences can be paid, discounted or access-only — check each listing before booking.
Sinder-side conditions (Benefits & Rewards Terms)
- Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
- Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
- If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
- Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
