MyUS offer — the full conditions

If the MyUS offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a Mastercard promotion that gives new MyUS customers a Premium Membership at no charge for one year, with 15% off shipments in the first month and 10% off for the rest of the year — for shopping US and UK online stores and forwarding parcels internationally. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.

Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the offer applies to eligible Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East, Africa and eligible Eastern European countries — including Platinum Debit cards. It is valid for new MyUS customers only, once per cardholder, using a single MyUS account.

What the offer includes

  • A MyUS Premium Membership at no charge, claimed through the dedicated Mastercard link.
  • Personal US and UK shipping addresses for your online orders.
  • 15% off shipments in the first month after registration.
  • 10% off shipments for the remainder of the one-year Premium Membership.
  • Package receiving, storage, consolidation and international forwarding, arranged on your request.

How to redeem

  • Open the dedicated MyUS Mastercard link shown in the Sinder app to claim the membership.
  • Sign up, create your MyUS account and enter your shipping and card details.
  • Review and submit to complete the Premium Membership registration, paying any shipping costs with your Sinder Card (a Mastercard).

Exclusions and costs that stay yours

  • The cost of the goods you buy from merchants is not part of the offer.
  • You remain responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, government fees, insurance and carrier surcharges.
  • International shipments are carried by third-party carriers you select — MyUS and Mastercard are not responsible for product quality, delays, loss, damage, customs clearance or final delivery.
  • Restricted, prohibited or illegal items under US, UK or destination-country regulations are excluded.
  • The offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions, may be modified or withdrawn without notice, and MyUS can decline it if one cardholder uses multiple accounts.
  • The offer started 27 May 2026 and is listed as evergreen; standard MyUS terms of service apply.

Sinder-side conditions (Benefits & Rewards Terms)

  • Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
  • Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
  • If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
  • Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
