IHG Hotels & Resorts offer — the full conditions

If the IHG Hotels & Resorts offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a Mastercard offer for eligible Mastercard cards, booked through the dedicated IHG Mastercard page and subject to participating properties, availability, blackout dates and the partner's terms. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.

Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the offer applies to eligible Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East & Africa — including Platinum Debit cards — and is exclusive to Mastercard cardholders. Availability can change as partners refresh their programmes.

What the offer includes

  • 15% discount on the 'Best Available Rate' at participating IHG properties.
  • A welcome drink on arrival at participating properties (hotels in Europe are exempt).
  • Late checkout up to 16:00 where the property can accommodate it (hotels in Europe are exempt; subject to availability on the day).
  • Rates are based on a maximum of two adults sharing a standard twin/double room and include buffet breakfast at a participating restaurant (a set menu is provided if a buffet is not available).
  • Children up to 12 years sharing the room with full-paying adults eat free.

Participating brands and destinations

  • Brands: InterContinental, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza, Voco, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites.
  • Destinations: Europe, the Maldives, India, the Middle East and Africa.
  • Rates are subject to availability, and reasonable blackout dates may apply at some participating properties.

How to book

  • Book through the dedicated IHG Mastercard page (ihg.com/mastercardoffer) — bookings made directly with the hotel or through other channels do not qualify.
  • Search your destination and dates, choose a participating hotel, and pay with your Sinder Card (a Mastercard) to receive the discount.
  • A minimum one-night stay is required, and the offer does not apply to group bookings.
  • A card guarantee is required to book; a one-night deposit is due 24 hours before check-in.

Fees, exclusions and cancellations

  • Taxes, service charges and card surcharges are not included in the discounted rate.
  • Minibar, in-room dining and private dining are excluded, and drinks beyond the arrival welcome drink are not covered.
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the stay; the partner's standard cancellation and no-show policy applies otherwise.
  • Unused components of the offer are non-refundable, and all elements are subject to availability.

  • Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
  • Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
  • If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
  • Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
