Heathrow Express offer — the full conditions

If the Heathrow Express offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a Mastercard promotion that gives 12% off Express Class and Business First tickets on the non-stop London Paddington–Heathrow Airport rail service, booked through the dedicated Mastercard landing page with a promo code. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.

Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the offer applies to eligible Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East and Africa — including Platinum Debit cards — and is exclusive to Mastercard cardholders. Availability can change as partners refresh their programmes.

What the offer includes

  • 12% off Heathrow Express tickets in both Express Class and Business First.
  • Valid on Heathrow Express routes between London Paddington station and Heathrow Airport, in both directions.
  • The service runs non-stop to Terminals 2 & 3 in around 15 minutes, with Terminal 5 about six minutes further.
  • Children aged 15 and under travel at no extra charge when accompanied by a fare-paying adult (a Heathrow Express rule, independent of this offer).

The schedule lists these example fares with the discount applied — actual fares can change, so always check the price shown at booking:

  • Express Web Single: £25 before, £22 after the discount.
  • Express Return: £39.00 before, £34.32 after the discount.
  • Business First Single: £32 before, £28.16 after the discount.
  • Business First Return: £46 before, £40.48 after the discount.

How to book

  • Open the dedicated Heathrow Express Mastercard landing page shown in the Sinder app to view the offer details.
  • Register or sign in, then select your journey and ticket type.
  • Enter the promo code shown with the offer and pay online with your Sinder Card (a Mastercard) to apply the 12% discount. All conditions must be met at the time of booking; no retroactive claims are accepted.

Dates and exclusions

  • The offer starts 27 April 2026 and is listed as evergreen — running until year-end and beyond, until Mastercard or the partner change it.
  • The discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
  • The validity of your ticket is stated on the ticket when purchased.
  • The offer is subject to Heathrow Express's own conditions of carriage and terms.

  • Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
  • Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
  • If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
  • Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
