If the GetYourGuide offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a Mastercard promotion that gives up to 12% off tours, tickets and experiences — only for bookings made through the dedicated Mastercard link, with the discount applied in your basket before checkout. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.

Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the offer applies to eligible Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East, Africa and eligible Eastern European countries — including Platinum Debit cards — and is exclusive to Mastercard cardholders. Availability can change as partners refresh their programmes.

What the offer includes

  • Up to 12% off experiences booked through the dedicated Mastercard link — the exact discount varies by experience and is displayed in your basket before you pay.
  • Experiences worldwide, including skip-the-line attraction tickets, guided city tours, boat cruises and day trips, food and cultural experiences, theme parks and museums.
  • Availability depends on the experience, date and destination you choose.

How to book

  • Open the dedicated GetYourGuide Mastercard link shown in the Sinder app — the discount applies only to bookings started from that link.
  • Pick your experience, date and time, and add it to the cart — you can see the applied discount before proceeding to checkout.
  • Sign up or log in, then complete the booking online with your Sinder Card (a Mastercard). All conditions must be met at the time of booking; no retroactive claims are accepted.

Dates, exclusions and refunds

  • The offer starts 28 May 2026 and is listed as evergreen — running until year-end and beyond, until Mastercard or the partner change it.
  • The discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • For cancellations made within 24 hours before the activity starts, or in case of a no-show, no refund is issued.
  • The offer is subject to GetYourGuide's own terms and conditions.

Sinder-side conditions (Benefits & Rewards Terms)

  • Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
  • Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
  • If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
  • Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
