Farfetch offer — the full conditions

If the Farfetch offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a Mastercard promotion giving up to USD 300 off per redemption on selected full-price brands at Farfetch, using the quarterly promo code — with a USD 200 minimum spend, limited redemptions, and an end date of 31 December 2026. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.

Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the offer applies to eligible Mastercard cards — including Platinum Debit — issued in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya and Uzbekistan.

What the offer includes

  • Up to USD 300 off per redemption (or the local-currency equivalent) on selected brands at Farfetch.
  • The offer is valid on full-price items only.
  • A minimum spend of USD 200 or equivalent is required — excluding shipping costs, cancelled orders and refunds on returned items.

How to redeem

  • Download the Farfetch app or visit the Farfetch website and register or sign in.
  • Add the item(s) to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your Sinder Card (a Mastercard) details and the promo code for the current quarter — shown with the offer in the Sinder app — then place the order.

Limits, dates and exclusions

  • The promo code changes each quarter of 2026 — you must use the code assigned to the current quarter.
  • The code may be redeemed up to 5 times per quarter, with a maximum of 15 redemptions per cardholder in 2026.
  • The offer runs from 28 May 2026 to 31 December 2026.
  • It cannot be combined with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges unless otherwise stated.
  • Farfetch's full offer terms apply, and Farfetch and Mastercard's decision on disputes is final.

  • Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
  • Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
  • If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
  • Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
