Costa Coffee airport offer — the full conditions

If the Costa Coffee offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a Mastercard Travel Pass benefit that lets you redeem food or drink items at no charge at participating Costa outlets in Dubai's airports — after the departure security gate, using your Travel Pass QR code and boarding pass. The number of items depends on your Mastercard card tier. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.

Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the offer applies to eligible Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East and Africa where the lounge benefit is applicable — the schedule lists Titanium, Platinum, World and World Elite consumer cards among others. Each cardholder, primary and supplementary, uses their own QR code and boarding pass.

What the offer includes — by card tier

The number of items you can redeem comes from a pre-determined food and drink list and is set by Mastercard card tier in the May 2026 schedule:

  • Consumer Platinum and Titanium Mastercard: up to 1 item.
  • Consumer and Commercial World Mastercard: up to 2 items.
  • Consumer World Elite Mastercard: up to 4 items.
  • Items are served based on eligibility in the Travel Pass app and availability in the chosen store.

Where it works

  • Costa outlets located in Dubai airports, after the departure security gate only.
  • The Travel Pass app lists the participating Costa locations (7 at the time of the May 2026 schedule).

How to redeem

  • Download the Mastercard Travel Pass app and register your Sinder Card (a Mastercard).
  • Enter your Dubai Airport location to find the Costa offer, pick the nearest outlet, and view the available items via the 'list' link.
  • Choose your items, confirm with Costa staff, tap 'Redeem' in the app, and reaffirm your choice.
  • Present your QR code and boarding pass to Costa staff to collect the item(s).

Limits and exclusions

  • You can use either the Costa offer or an airport lounge visit, not both at the same time — once one is used, the other is locked for 2 hours.
  • The offer can only be redeemed through the Mastercard Travel Pass app or website.
  • The offer is listed as evergreen — running until year-end and beyond, until Mastercard or the partner change it.

  • Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
  • Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
  • If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
  • Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
