CareFirst Virtual Health offer — the full conditions
If the CareFirst offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a paid, discounted Mastercard promotion: a 12-month CareFirst virtual-healthcare subscription for USD 1.50 per month, or a one-off USD 16 upfront payment (a 20% saving). It is not free healthcare. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.
Who can use this offer
The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.
On the Mastercard side, the offer applies to eligible Mastercard cards issued in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and a set of African markets — including Platinum Debit cards — and is exclusive to Mastercard cardholders.
What the subscription includes
- 4 virtual consultations with a certified medical doctor, available 24/7.
- Prescriptions provided during consultations when clinically needed, or guidance on appropriate medication.
- 6 facial scans to monitor health indicators.
- Sick notes issued when clinically appropriate, and referral letters for specialists, x-rays or labs as required.
- Unlimited dependent uploads — family members can also access the consultations.
- The option to buy more consultations once the initial set is used.
How to redeem
- Go to the CareFirst Mastercard page shown in the Sinder app, create an account or log in, and accept CareFirst's terms.
- Tap 'Get Offer' on the notification banner, review the details, and tap 'Get Offer' again to continue.
- Pay at checkout with your Sinder Card (a Mastercard) — your consultation credits are then loaded to your profile.
Costs, dates and things to know
- USD 1.50 per month, or USD 16 once-off for 12 months upfront (a 20% saving) — this is a paid subscription, not a free benefit.
- The offer is effective 16 October 2025 and listed as evergreen — until Mastercard or the partner change it.
- CareFirst's platform terms and conditions apply.
- Neither Mastercard nor Sinder is responsible for the provision, quality or outcomes of any medical treatment or service — those are the sole responsibility of CareFirst and its practitioners.
Sinder-side conditions (Benefits & Rewards Terms)
- Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
- Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
- If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
- Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
