Budget car rental offer — the full conditions

If the Budget offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a Mastercard promotion that gives up to 10% off car and truck rentals at participating Budget locations worldwide, booked through the dedicated Mastercard page where the discount is applied automatically. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.

Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the May 2026 schedule lists the offer for eligible consumer debit and credit Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East and Africa — including Platinum tier. Rely on what the Sinder app shows for your Card tier, since partner eligibility lists can change.

The renter must also meet Budget's own age, driver and credit requirements for the rental station — the minimum age varies by location.

What the offer includes

  • Up to 10% off your next car or truck rental.
  • Available at participating Budget locations globally.
  • No minimum car group or rental length applies.
  • The discount applies to the quoted cost of the rental only — not to optional extras, damage charges, congestion and toll charges, one-way fees or fuel.

How to book

  • Open the dedicated Budget Mastercard page shown in the Sinder app.
  • Select your card tier on the page — the discount is applied to the booking automatically, and the quoted price already includes it.
  • Reserve your vehicle and pay with your Sinder Card (a Mastercard). All conditions must be met at the time of booking; no retroactive claims are accepted.

Dates and exclusions

  • The offer is listed as evergreen — running until year-end and beyond, until Mastercard or the partner change it.
  • The discount is subject to vehicle availability; Budget reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Usual Budget booking and rental terms and conditions apply — check them at the time of booking.

Sinder-side conditions (Benefits & Rewards Terms)

  • Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
  • Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
  • If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
  • Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
