The Bicester Collection perks — the full conditions

If The Bicester Collection offer is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, it is a Mastercard programme of VIP shopping perks at participating Bicester villages across the UK and Europe. What you get varies by Mastercard card tier, and each element has its own redemption steps. This page sets out the full conditions in plain language.

Who can use this offer

The offer is a conditional partner benefit, not a standing entitlement. You can use it only if it is shown for your Card tier in the Sinder app, your ruya-issued Card and account are active and in good standing, and you have completed the required onboarding and verification checks.

On the Mastercard side, the programme applies to eligible Mastercard cards issued in the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan and is exclusive to Mastercard cardholders. The elements vary by Mastercard card tier — rely on what the offer page and the Sinder app show for your Card, not on the full programme list.

What the programme can include

  • A VIP Pass (EVIP QR code) giving entry access to exclusive experiences at participating villages.
  • A discount on shopping packages, booked with the promotion code shown on the Mastercard offer page for your card tier.
  • Hands-free shopping (purchases collected and packed for pick-up), access to The Apartment private suite and reserved parking are listed for World Elite cards in the schedule — they may not be available for Platinum cards.
  • The schedule's card-tier table governs which elements apply to your Card.

Participating villages

  • Villages in the UK, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Spain, France and Belgium.
  • Savings at village boutiques vary by brand and season and are set by the villages, not by Sinder.

How to redeem

  • Go to the Mastercard offer page for your card tier, select the village you will visit, choose your country or region, and generate your EVIP Pass QR code (signing up as a member is optional).
  • The VIP Pass is valid only on the date it is issued at the participating village, can be used once in each participating boutique, and runs for 24 hours from the first scan.
  • Shopping packages are booked through the same card-tier page — select a participating village and apply the promotion code at purchase.
  • The Apartment and reserved parking (where shown for the card tier) must be requested by emailing the village's guest services at least 48 hours in advance.

Exclusions and limits

  • The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • All elements are subject to availability and the villages' own terms and conditions.
  • The programme is evergreen (effective 16 October 2025) but can change or end as the partner refreshes it.

Sinder-side conditions (Benefits & Rewards Terms)

  • Offers appear in the Sinder app when available for your Card tier — savings, eligibility and participating brands can change as partners refresh their offers.
  • Benefits may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn, including for commercial, operational, regulatory, risk or partner-related reasons.
  • If your Card tier changes, or your Card or account is closed, suspended or blocked, you may lose access and unused benefits may be forfeited.
  • Partner charges — such as taxes, deposits or non-included extras — are your responsibility unless the benefit terms clearly say they are covered.
